To enter your room, which is beyond this door, proceed to your room number.
You can now open it with your PIN.

Note: The room door does not lock automatically. Please lock it manually if necessary and when you leave the room. From inside: turn the button to the right; from outside: press the arrow key.

Luggage Room ?

If you wish to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, you can use our luggage storage room. The luggage storage room is located on the 1st floor between door 1 (on the left) and door 2 (on the right).

Parking ?

a) Public Parking Recommended parking:

The Karl Wolf parking lot offers special rates for long-term parking. The rates are visible on the signs next to the payment machines or can be checked in advance at the link www.parkplatz-meran.com. Currently, the rates are 17 Euros/day, 8 Euros from the 4th day onwards. Attention: all special rates such as daily, multi-day, or monthly passes must be purchased directly from the parking staff or at the payment machines immediately upon arrival or at the latest 6 hours after entering the parking lot. After this time limit, the special rates are no longer available, and the parking cost is 32.5 Euros/day (current rates).

b) Parking for smaller cars at the accommodation

We have a limited number of parking spaces for smaller cars directly at the accommodation (passage width to the parking lot is 2 m). If you wish to use this parking space, please notify us so we can send the details if available. The price for these parking spaces is 10 Euros per night, 6 Euros from the 4th day onwards.

House Rules

Please place the total amount of the tourist tax in the container that we have placed in the room. We trust our guests to provide the correct amount on the day of departure; (€2.20 per guest over 14 years per night).

1. Please respect the quiet hours in the building (22:00 - 07:00).

2. Events and parties are not allowed.

3. Please report any kind of problem & damage immediately.

4. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

5. We ask for respectful interaction with other guests and residents of the building.

6. Please respect the check-out times and leave the accommodation by 10:00 at the latest.
