How to get to my room?

To enter the building, first go to Ortner Passage (Rennweg No. 47 on Google Maps) located between the "Glücklich" and "Ecco" stores.

Tip: At night, use the PIN "1212🗝" from the passage to the Rennweg for the gate.

After a few steps in the Ortner Passage, you will find an automatic sliding door on the right side. There, you will enter the staircase.

The main door to the room is on the 1st floor.

Door No. 2, 1st floor on the right.

To gain access, enter the PIN sent to you.

Note: Manually lock the room door when leaving. Inside: turn the knob to the right; outside: press the arrow.

  • Thanks to our automatic system, you have access to our facilities 24/7.


    Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM.

    Check-out is due by 10:00 AM.

  • If you wish to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, you can use our luggage storage room. The luggage storage room is located on the 1st floor, between door 1 (on the left) and door 2 (on the right).

  • a) Public Parking
    Recommended parking: Karl Wolf Parking Lot / Intersection of G.-Verdi and Karl-Wolf-Straße / Merano Coordinates N 46.674908 - E 11.159334
    The Karl Wolf parking lot offers special rates for long-term parking. The rates are visible on the signs next to the payment machines or can be checked in advance at www.parkplatz-meran.com. Currently, the rates are 17 Euros/day, 8 Euros from the fourth day onwards. Attention: all special rates such as daily, multi-day, or monthly passes must be purchased directly from the parking staff or at the payment machines immediately upon arrival or at the latest 6 hours after entering the parking lot. After this time limit, the special rates are no longer available, and the parking cost is 32.5 Euros/day (current rates).

    b) Parking for smaller cars at the accommodation
    We have a limited number of parking spots for smaller cars directly at the accommodation (passage width to the parking lot is 2 m). If you wish to use this parking spot, please notify us so we can send the details if available. The price for these parking spots is 10 Euros per night, 6 Euros from the fourth day onwards.

  • Please place the total amount of the tourist tax in the container we have placed in the room. We trust our guests to provide the correct amount on the day of departure; (€2.20 per guest over 14 years per night).

    Please respect the quiet hours in the building (22:00 - 07:00).

    Events and parties are not allowed.

    Please report any kind of problem or damage immediately.

    The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

    We ask for respectful interaction with other guests and the building's residents.

    Please respect the check-out times and leave the accommodation by no later than 10:00.
